A DREAM SO STRONG

A girl with a dream, a dream so strong,
She'll fight for it, no matter how long,
She'll never give up, no matter the cost,
She'll keep pushing forward, no matter the loss,

She'll take every step, no matter the fear,
She'll keep going, no matter the tears,
She'll never give in, no matter the odds,
Until her dream is finally achieved,

She dreams of being a police officer,
A protector of the people,
A guardian of the law,
A hero of the streets.

A symbol of justice and truth
A leader of the community,
A mentor to the young,
A friend to the old.

She will strive to make a difference,
To bring peace and justice to all,
To make the world a better place,
For this is her life's call

From Cadet to Police Officer: How PMGen Eric E. Noble Prepared me for the Challenges of Law Enforcement

As a cadet at the Philippine National Police Academy, I dreamed of becoming a successful police officer. However, becoming an efficient and effective law enforcer requires more than physical strength and tactical skills. It takes discipline, integrity, and professionalism to become an exceptional police officer.

That's when I met PMGen Eric E. Noble, the Director of the PNPA. PMGen Noble's leadership skills and commanding presence were instantly impressive. He motivated us cadets to strive for excellence in everything we did and emphasized the importance of discipline and integrity in our profession.

Under his guidance, we are exposed to new training techniques and methodologies and taught to think critically, be innovative, and approach problems with a fresh perspective. These skills helped us become efficient and effective leaders who could tackle any challenge that came our way.

His leadership and motivation did not stop there. He instilled in us the values of compassion and empathy, which helped us understand the people we served better. We were trained to be approachable, empathetic, and responsive to the community's needs with the utmost care and respect.

As a cadet, I was grateful for PMGen Noble's leadership and motivation. I learned that leadership is about giving orders and inspiring and motivating others to be the best version of themselves. PMGen Noble's leadership style was an excellent example of this. He led by example, constantly pushing us to improve and never settling for mediocrity.

As I approach my graduation from the PNPA, I know that PMGen Noble has prepared me well for my future career as a police officer. His guidance, motivation, and leadership have equipped me with the skills and values to be an efficient and effective law enforcer.

In conclusion, PMGen Eric E. Noble's leadership and motivation have significantly impacted my life as a cadet at the PNPA. He has instilled in me the values of discipline, integrity, and professionalism, which will guide me throughout my career as a police officer. I am grateful for his guidance and inspiration, and I vow to pay it forward by inspiring and motivating future generations of cadets, just like PMGen Noble did for me.
